He was predeceased by: his parents, William Aubrey and Ethel Odell Smith of Murrells Inlet, SC.; his wife Sarah Smith; his children, Robert Smith and Tamara Smith; his brother Ezra Smith; and his grandson Jamie Meadows.
He is survived by: his children, Aubrey O. Smith, Jr. (Dell) and Maria Mull (Greg) of Wake Forrest, N. C.; and his siblings, Rebecca Mills of Murrells Inlet, S. C., Rachel Howell (Joseph) of Murrells Inlet, S. C., Marvin Smith (Geraldine) of Royston, GA. and Earl Smith (Judy) of Royston, GA.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
