We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2025, at the age of 86, Ann Darwin Haynes of Florence, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Ann is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Ann's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harold B. Haynes, Sr.; and her parents, Herbert Darwin Vaughan of Florence and Annie Roney Edgerton Vaughan of Florence. She is survived by: her son Harold Bruce Haynes, Jr. (Catherine) of McLean; and her grandchildren, Walker Thomason Haynes of Greenville, Lawson Edgerton Haynes of Los Angeles and Caroline Woodfin Haynes of McLean. She is also survived by two nephews and a niece.
Memorials in lieu of flowers may be made to McLeod Hospice.
