He is survived by: his children, Andrew "Drew" Charles Harrell and Amanda Harrell Williams (Bradley) of Darlington; and his grandson Roger Harrell of Florence. He is also survived by other family members along with nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Waters-Powell Funeral Home (400 S Dargan St, Florence, SC 29506).
