He is survived by: his wife Betty Isgett Bell; his daughter Beverly Dennis (Russell); his stepson Derek Rhea; his grandchildren, Madeline Dennis, Anna Dennis, Eva Rhea and Shiloh Rhea; his siblings, Edward Bell (Mary), Clarice Floyd, Wanda Floyd (Robert), Joyce Dennis and Mamie Beard (Bay); and his close friend Tommy Walkup. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
