She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Margaret Stewart and A. T. Steward; and her husband William A. Spradley, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Margaret Ranes and William A. Spradley, Jr.; her grandchildren, John A. Vail (Abby), Nova and Lily; and her caregivers, Dale Flinchum, Patty Hoffmeyer and Freda Goodson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews with several cousins.
