He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Adrian and Josephine Armstrong Phillips; his brother Lonnie Carlton Phillips (Butch); and his brother-in-law Warren B. Whitson. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Loadholt Phillips; his children, Jaime Danielle Priddy (Jake) and Jack Adrian Phillips, II; his granddaughter Danielle Taylor Priddy; his stepchildren, Angel Elizabeth Lagare (Joseph) and Joseph Gregory McCaskey (Mallory); and his siblings, Betty Jo Phillips Whitson of Raleigh, NC, Robert Adrian Phillips (Penny) of Saluda, NC and John Alan Phillips (Denise) of North Augusta, SC.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, as well as grand nieces and nephews.
