He was predeceased by: his wife Rachel Hanvey Wiley; his parents, Marshall Clinton Wiley Sr. and Alpha Queen Casey; and his siblings, William Casey, Betty Glenn and Frances Witting.
He is survived by: his daughter Lori Wiley of Fair Play; his sisters, Pat Slaton of Fair Play and Peggy Breazeale (Charles) of Fair Play; and his grandson Peyton Green.
