He was predeceased by: his parents, Seaborn Collins and Doris Rochester Collins; and his siblings, Bobby Collins, Jimmy Collins and Ruth Collins.
He is survived by: his son Jerry Paul Collins, Jr. (Kellie); his brother Billy Collins; his grandchildren, Augustus Collins and Jamie Collins; and his former wife Malinda McAbee.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Paul's memory can be made to a charity of one's choice.
