It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Brenda Joyce Sims Elliott of Fair Play, South Carolina, born in Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on February 6, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Sims and Dorothy White Sims; her husband R. C. Elliott Jr.; and her siblings, Faye Elrod and Ronnie Sims.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Elliott of Fair Play and Sabrina Honea (Jody) of Fair Play; and her sister Cheryl Justice of Townville. She is also survived by four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and concerns for the health of family and friends, Brenda's family ask that all who attend the funeral service please wear face masks and practice social distancing.
