It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Minnie Davis of Eutawville, South Carolina, born in Holly Hill, South Carolina, who passed away on March 30, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Freddie Butler and Minnie Lee Butler; and her husband Deacon Willie Davis. She is survived by: her children, Shelby Jefferson (Shedrick) of Ridgeville, S. C., Deborah Rivers (Tim) of Summerville, S. C., Will Davis Jr. (Sonja) of Summerville, S. C., Larry Davis of Orangeburg, S. C, Atebca Davis of Orangeburg, S. C and Mecca Davis of Orangeburg, S. C; her siblings, Fredenia Dixon (Glasford), Arlene Footman (Douglas) of Harveyville, S. C. and Fred Butler; and her siblings-in-law, Joan Perry and Joseph Johnson. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces & nephews, Godchildren.
