He was predeceased by: his parents, Letisha Adkins and Melvin Adkins; and his siblings, Elice Garrett, Bernice Padgett and Willie Weatherford.
He is survived by: his nephews, Frank Padgett (Blane) and Douglas Garrett (Kelly); and his niece Dana Garrett (Ed).
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Black Creek Cemetery.
