William Wilkins Baker III Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Wilkins Baker III of Estill, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 12, 2025 at the age of 75. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sarah Bates Earnhardt; his parents, William Wilkins Baker and Margaret AIine Davidson Baker; his cousins, Carson, David, Broughton and Peggy; his daughters, Gwynn Davidson Baker Yocco (Stan) of Bluffton and Megan Lamson Baker Congleton (Sean) of Ridgeland; his sisters, Jennie Margaret Baker Smith (Dick) of Bluffton and Mary Aline Baker (Peggy) of Hilton Head; his brother-in-law John Jerry Earnhardt; his grandchildren, Morgan Elizabeth Congleton, Emma Baynes Congleton, William Andrew Yocco, William Elsworth Congleton (Worth) and Charles Wyatt Yocco; and also, Redland Plantation, Albemarle and Edisto. He was also cherished by loving nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Estill Presbyterian Church (343 Clarke Ave, Estill, SC 29918).
