He was predeceased by: his parents, Freddie Brantley and Thelma Garner Brantley; and his siblings, Sidney (Lizzie), David (Gracie), Malachia, Thomas, Ben, Lillie Mae (Johnnie) and Betty Jane.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lloyd Brantley (Minnie) and Ada Williams; his siblings-in-law, Katheryn and Samuel Wright; and his friend Georgia Patterson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, church members, and friends.
