He is survived by: his wife Judy Altman Greene; his children, Michael Greene and Anna Greene Toney (Brian Toney) of Estill; his grandchildren, Laura Gray, Harling, Madison, Wyatt, Sawyer, Peyton and Elizabeth; and also Jennifer Lazenby.
