She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Hamilton (Ham) and Ethel Jane Clifton Brunson. She is survived by: her husband Ray Crapse; her sons, Dr. Trinity B. Crapse (Xueqi) of San Diego, CA and Brent Crapse (Stephanie Sheffield) of Estill; her grandchildren, Chloe Crapse, Walker Crapse, Chandler Crapse and Avery Sheffield; and her sisters, Sheryl (Fred Gray) of Hampton and Trish (Tommy Manuel) of Elgin. She is also survived by her family, her friends, and especially her pet.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., FL. 17, Chicago, IL 60601 or to the charity of one's choice.
