He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Garrett Morgan Reece of Woodruff; his wife Beverly Wilburn Morgan; and his siblings, Sherry Godfrey of Woodruff, Faye Tucker of Woodruff and James Carroll Morgan Jr. of Woodruff.
