It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louvenia Hood of Enoree, South Carolina, born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, who passed away on January 26, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Emory and Rosa Lee Humphries Emory. She is survived by: her husband James Eugene Hood, Sr.; her children, Norma Gossett of Cowpens, SC and James Hood, Jr. (Melody) of Enoree, SC; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Robbie, Charles, Tony and Jamie-Marie; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt and Zoey. She is also survived by her two sisters and one brother.
