He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Raines, Jacob Parris and Jessica Raines; his siblings, Elbert, Katrina and Pamela Raines; his grandchildren, Sarah Raines, Isaiah Raines and Oakley Kathleen Raines; his nephew Christopher Raines; his niece Christina Leopard; and his close friend Dena S. Parris.
