He is survived by: his spouse Cayla Kelly Burnett; his parents, Rodney Scott Burnett and Lisa Nolen Crowe; his children, Hunter Kelly, Paeton Kelly, Madison Burnett, Sawyer and Greyson Burnett; his grandparents, Patricia Bell and Warren Nolen (Cheri); his stepfather Charlie Crowe; and his siblings, Brooks Burnett (Casey), Brandon Burnett (Ann), Tyler Ballard and Harley Ruppe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
