She was predeceased by: her father Hugh Thomas; her former husband Joe Vaughn; and her husband Maxie Garrett. She is survived by: her son Mike (Angel Sullivan) of Hazelhurst, Georgia; her brothers, Franklin Sullivan of Fountain Inn and Rudolph Sullivan of Laurens; and her grandchildren, Mike Sullivan Jr., Thomas Sullivan, Stephanie Clark and Angela Sullivan. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
