He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clay and Iris Geneva Reno Goforth; and his siblings, George Goforth, Floyd Goforth, Dot Jordan, Bea Corey and Gelena Goforth.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Lane Goforth; his daughters, Robin Foster (Tim) and Kim Billman (Robert); and his sisters, Judy Maddox and Nancy Weathers. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren.
