With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Burgess of Enoree, South Carolina, who passed away on September 26, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Eugene Phillips; her brothers, Randy Phillips and O'Dell Phillips; and also Samuel Carroll Taylor. She is survived by: her daughter Lynn Taylor Billings of Spartanburg; her granddaughters, Jessica L. Billings and Taylor H. Mooneyham (Greg); and her great grandchild Selah Mae Mooneyham.
