She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Louise Stack and Harold J. Talbert, Sr.; her husband Paul West; her siblings, Harold J. Talbert, Jr., Charles L. Talbert (Virginia), Ralph B. Talbert (Linda) and Linda T. Heath (Jimmy); her sisters-in-law, Anniemae W. Boyd and Margaret W. Smith; her sister Anne S. Driggers; and her sister-in-law Bunie Talbert. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Blaney Baptist Church, Meals to Go.
