She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Henry and Minnie Lois Parker Hyatt. She is survived by: her husband Phillip T. Shepard; her daughter Rachel; her stepsons, Steve Shepard (Aliane) and Andrew Shepard; and her siblings, Bill Hyatt, Pat Hyatt, John Hyatt, Kevin Hyatt and Shirley Hilton. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to International Praise Church of God, 5071 Percival Road, Elgin, S.C. 29045 or St. Jude Children Hospitals.
