She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Harold and Gloria Faye Starks. She is survived by: her parents, Milton Smith and Sheila Renee Starks Frye; her husband Brandon Jeter; her children, Kelley Jeter and Jaiden Jeter; her siblings, Harold Smith (Melissa) and Stacey Smith; her close friends, Candace Brown, Latoya Jeeter and Tina Downing; her aunts, Cynthia Starks-Mark, Thalia Henderson and Saundra Turner; and her cousins, Ellen Starks, William Starks, Marcus Starks and Darrius Starks. She is also survived by uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
