She is survived by: her mother Ruby Chappell; her daughter Rose Anne Hellams (David); her grandchildren, Dylan Alexander Hasty, Haley Robin Hasty, Brayden Jackson and Faith Robin Jackson; her great grandchildren, Cohen Hasty and Everleigh Hasty; her siblings, Tammy Hayes, Tony Chappell (Renee) and Herbie Chappell (Leslie); and her half-brother Chris Lemacks. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
