He was predeceased by: his father Douglas McArthur Watts; and his sister Evelyn Diane Blizzard. He is survived by: his mother Leatha Ann Spradley Watts of Elgin; and his siblings, Allan Watts (Karen Turner) of Hopkins and Amy Purvis (Ricky) of Lugoff. He is also survived by 2 nieces; 3 nephews; and several great-nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gideon's International.
