She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl J. Phillips and Patricia Ann Morgan Phillips; her brothers, Alan and Kevin Phillips; her niece Sarah Phillips; and her friend Ann Caraway.

She is survived by: her significant other Samantha "Sam" G. Jennings; her sister Carla Leyland (Larry) of Elgin; her stepdaughter Kristin Babinger (Justin) of Gaston; her grandchildren, Brystin and Annastin Babinger; and her nieces and nephews, Daryl, Kevin, Ann, Cheryl and Crystal. She is also survived by children herself, Rhonda loved her nieces, nephews.
