He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmella Pagano D'Alessio and Frank D'Alessio; and his sister Marie Polico. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Porr D'Alessio; and his children, Pat F. D'Alessio, Jr. (Shannon) of Long Island, NY, Bill Combs of Asheville, NC, James D'Alessio (Robin) of Elgin, Donna Gervasi of Long Island, Dorothy Zimmerman (Brian) of Lexington, SC and Bridget Quarto (Joseph) of Long Island. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and 3 nieces.
