She was predeceased by: her parents, Memory James Morgan and Ola Mae Frazier Morgan; her husband Carl J. Phillips; her sons, Alan and Kevin Phillips; and her granddaughter Sarah Phillips.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Cheryl Turner (Derek); her great grandchild Emma Gunter; her daughters, Carla Leyland (Larry L.) of Elgin and Rhonda Phillips of Elgin; her sister Billie Martin; her daughter-in-law Lisa Phillips; and her grandchildren, Shawna, Chelsea, Daryl, Kevin, Ann and Crystal.
