It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mildred Livingston Whetstone of Elgin, South Carolina, born in Lancaster, South Carolina, who passed away on January 16, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Dewey and Mary Knight Livingston; and her husband Wallace Whetstone. She is survived by: her sisters, Doris Livingston Baker and Brenda Livingston Jordan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
