It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Louise Vail of Elgin, South Carolina, born in Emeigh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 11, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Scott and Virginia Pirazzi Scott; her husband Ronald Paul Vail; and her siblings, John Scott, Richard Scott, Louis Scott, Franklin Scott, William Scott, Samuel Scott and Anna Mae Scott Zito.

She is survived by: her sister Mary Scott Kernan (Frank) of Elgin, SC; and her brother-in-law John S. Vail (Judy) of Norcross, GA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
