She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles George and Lilly George; her spouse Miller C. Skipper; and her siblings, Myrtle and Marion.

She is survived by: her children, Lawrence Maxwell Skipper, Kenneth Milton Skipper (Cindy), Charles Eugene Skipper and Kathryn Skipper Sweatman; her grandchildren, Melissa Skipper Segear (Jason), Michelle Skipper Lemmon (Joey), Stephanie Dianne Mynatt (Cody) and Steven Dale Sweatman (Carissa); and her great grandchildren, Mercie, Katie, Emily, Caden, Bella, Gracelynn and Joseph.
