It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Creel of Elgin, South Carolina, born in Summerville, South Carolina, who passed away on August 8, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Ledford and Frances Ledford; and her sister Louise Goude. She is survived by: her husband Glenn of Elgin; her children, Dwayne Creel (Celeste) of Chapin, SC and Glenda Carnes (Justin) of Rock Hill, SC; her grandsons, Chase, Evan Creel, Spencer and Cooper Carnes; and her brother Mike Ledford of Caseyville, Illinois..
