He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Nail and Pauline Martin Nail. He is survived by: his wife Rachel McWaters Crawford; his children, David Edwards of Columbia, Robby Edwards of Lexington, Machelle Brisbin of Columbia, SC and Melissa Rivers of Elgin, SC; and his siblings, Janette Mills of Kingsland, GA, Richard Nail of Jacksonville, FL and Melvin Nail of Kingsland, GA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
