With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ida Mae Brown of Elgin, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 24, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Delmar A. Brown; her parents, Dewey M. Brazell and Carrie Berley Brazell; her son D. Ronald Brown; her brothers, Dewey Edward Brazell and Herman Attaway Brazell; and her nephew James E. "Jim" Brazell.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Brown of Elgin; and her nieces, Barbara Ipock of Elgin, Pamela Johnson of Elgin and Pat Nelson of Elgin.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Salem Methodist Church Cemetery (2366 State Rd S-28-48, Elgin, SC 29045).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Salem Methodist Church at PO Box 66, Elgin, S.C. 29045.
