He is survived by: his spouse Chun Hui Kelley; his children, Marion Charles Kelley (Jofranna) of Simpsonville, SC and Kandy Kelley Lockey of Iva, SC; his grandchildren, Mitch Kelley, Summer Kelley, Cameron Kelley, Alyssa Fuchs and Robert Lockey; his great grandchildren, Adalyn, Jace, Rollin, Colin and Lila; and his siblings, Larry Kelley and Victoria McKenzie Kenney.
