It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Franklin Delano Monroe of Elgin, South Carolina, who passed away on April 29, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gillyard Percival Monroe, Sr. and Pearl Goff Monroe; his siblings, Beatrice (Thomas Brown), Beulah (Murdic Bowen), Oneida (Patrick Johnston) and G. P. Monroe, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Virginia R. Monroe.
He is survived by: his sister Marian Monroe Brown; and also Sabrina Hooker.
All are invited to attend; however, masks are required and all are encouraged to practice social distancing to maintain a safe environment for all.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Highway Pentecostal Holiness Church.
