With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances Jewel Robey of Elgin, South Carolina, born in Columbia, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 25, 2024 at the age of 80. She was predeceased by: her father Levi Dinkins. She is survived by: her mother Lillie Dinkins; her children, Alice Freeman (Wilbert) and Robert Holsomback (Andrea); her grandchildren, David Holsomback (Anne Marie), Jacob Holsomback (Alex), Zachary Holsomback (Haley), Ashley Holsomback, Christy Shatto and Jenifer Sowers; and her great grandchildren, Aubrey, Reed, Kori, Ryleigh, Weston, Walker, Scarlett, Gerald and Angel.
