It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Brown Vincent of Elgin, South Carolina, born in Camden, South Carolina, who passed away on April 6, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, H. Harold Brown and Kathy Moak Brown; her children, Jared Brown and Nikki Brown; her grandchildren, Hayden Brown and Chelsea Brown; and her sisters, Anita Brown Griggs and Heather Brown Jones.

Due to the pandemic, there will not be a visitation.
