She was predeceased by: her parents, T. R. Collins and Cora Bass Collins; her husband Robert L. "Shorty" Watts; and her siblings, Kathleen Gordon, Lucille Hill, James Collins, Ted Collins and Leonard Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Dottie Watts Dixon (Mike) of Lugoff and Robert Wayne Watts (Donna) of Cassatt; her grandchildren, Crystal, Jack Wix, Josh, Jen Watts and Jessica Watts; her great grandchildren, Kris, Rebecca Wix, Matthew Wix, Katelin Byrum, Kaleb Byrum, Christian Hinson, Hunter Watts and Rebecca Watts; her great great grandchildren, Ellie Wix and Ben Wix; and her siblings, Minnie Outlaw, Gary and Tom Collins.
