He is survived by: his daughter Connie C. Noel (Philip); his brother E. J. Cooper; his grandchildren, Elyse Cooper-Lemonds (Steven), Philip Noel IV and Megan Noel; and his great grandchildren, Liam Lemonds, Sadie Lemonds, Ryan Lemonds, Abigail Lemonds, Logan Noel, Carson Noel and Sara Oliver.
