He was predeceased by: his wife Cynthia Lou Myers Miller; and his parents, John Burton Miller and Hope Violet Holmgren Miller. He is survived by: his children, Yvonne Miller Vaughn (Sean) of Elgin and Hugh Daniel Miller of Elgin; his brother Jack Miller (Sally) of Malone, N. Y.; his granddaughters, Alyssa Maner (Chris), Kayla Brimson (Robbie) and Hannah Thomley; his stepgrandchildren, Jamey Vaughn (Brenna), Nathan Vaughn (Shelby) and Abbe Vaughn; and his great grandchildren, Ryleigh Brimson, Ford Maner, Keegan Brimson, Tate Maner and Charlotte Vaughn.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Powers Funeral Home (832 Ridgeway Rd, Lugoff, SC 29078). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Fort Jackson National Cemetery (4170 Percival Rd, Columbia, SC 29229).
