He was predeceased by: his parents, Isac Adkins and Edith Adkins. He is survived by: his daughter Linda J. Stone (Winston) of Elgin; his grandchildren, James C. Javins and Chris Stone; and his great grandchild Dejanea Javins. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
