He is survived by: his wife Sherry Sprouse; his daughter Stacey Blake (Jascinta); his stepchildren, Jessica Garza (Ray), Robert Sloan Jr. (Ashlenn) and Chris Bagwell (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Michael, Kylah, Olivia, Cashian, Sebastian, Eliza, Jasper, Ryan, Hunter of Haylen, R. J., Katelee and Odell; and his brothers, George Sprouse (Linda), Dennis Sprouse and Tom Sprouse (Elaine).
