She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Colter, Sr. and Helen Culler Colter; her husband Ronald T. Lee; and her children, Rondell Lee (Valerie) and Stefanie Lee. She was also cherished by three grandchildren, three sisters, and two brothers.
