He is survived by: his parents, Andrew P. Heddy Jr. and Janet Mekler Heddy; his sister Amanda Heddy Strong (Cody) of Elgin; his nephews, Jake and Grayson Strong; and his uncles, Buddy Heddy of West Columbia and John T. "Tuck" Mekler of Jacksonville Beach, FL.
