He is survived by: his parents, Angie Peters Waltz of Smoaks and Lee Waltz; his fiancée Haley Renee Smith of Ehrhardt; his children, Tinsley Alivia Koon and Cameron Lux Koon of Ehrhardt; his grandparents, Roger, Sonya Waltz of Smoaks and Debbie Stone of Ehrhardt; his brothers, Bryce Lee Waltz and Hunter Miles Waltz (Christina); his aunt Amy Waltz Billbrough (Ray); his uncles, Tommy Layden (Brandon) and Chris Peters (Nicole); and also, Roger and Theresa Smith of Ehrhardt.
