He is survived by: his sons, James Mizzelle (Ashley) and Richard Mizzelle (Marie Laird); his siblings, Mark Mizzelle (Elizabeth) and Janice Hughes (Chuck); his caregivers, Diane Behling and Lamisha Moye; and his wife Cynthia Lynn Mizzelle. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
