He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas P. Rizer and Bernice Arnold Rizer of Ehrhardt. He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Rizer (JoEtta) of Ehrhardt and Mary Rizer Fleetwood (Dean) of Barnwell; his niece Stephanie Lynn Rizer of Shiloh, NC; his nephew Earl Dean Fleetwood, Jr. (Fleety) of Charleston; and his great-nephews, Avery Rizer and Nathan Thomas of Shiloh, NC..
